Please read these Terms of Use carefully before browsing the Site dedicated to the NAZCA solution, Michelin’s automated tyre regrooving offering for workshops. This Site is intended for service providers and workshop professionals who wish to discover the NAZCA solution and its benefits. Please use the drop-down menu to access the version of the Site corresponding to your country.
The companies of the Michelin Group each have their own separate legal existence and independent legal personality. However, in order to facilitate communication of the information presented on this Site, the terms “Michelin”, “Group”, “Michelin Group” and “we” may be used to refer collectively to all Michelin Group companies, which conduct their activities independently.
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the conditions under which Michelin makes the Site available to you and the conditions under which you access and use it.
Any access to the Site is subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, which Michelin reserves the right to amend or update at any time. Access to and use of the Site constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Article 2: Access to and Use of the Site and Content
2.1. Site: Access and Use
Michelin endeavors to keep the Site accessible, without being under any obligation to do so. For maintenance, updates or any other reason, including technical, legal or security reasons, access to all or part of the Site and/or its content may be modified, suspended, interrupted or withdrawn. Michelin shall under no circumstances be held liable for such temporary or permanent interruptions or for any consequences that may result for you.
You undertake not to access or use the Site fraudulently and, in particular, any interactive services, where such services exist.
2.2. Content: Access and Use
This Site is accessible to any user. It contains sections presenting the NAZCA solution, its features, its benefits and information about how it works for your workshop.
Michelin reserves the right to modify, correct, interrupt and/or delete all or part of the content and/or the Site at any time, without prior notice.
Within the limits set out below, Michelin grants you the right to download, print and use Michelin content (i) where the download functionality exists, (ii) for personal and non-commercial purposes, (iii) in good faith and (iv) provided that the ownership notices and the online publication date appearing on such content, where indicated, remain intact. This right shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as granting any license, in particular any license to use a trademark or logo.
Any Third-Party Content, as defined in Article 3.2, is subject to the rules laid down by the relevant third party.
2.3. Restrictions on Use
Unless expressly and previously authorized by Michelin, any reproduction, representation or use other than those referred to above is prohibited, including in particular:
- any adaptation, making available to the public on demand or otherwise, distribution, redistribution in any form whatsoever, making available on a network, or public communication of all or part of the Site, works, services, trademarks and all protected elements, or elements capable of protection under intellectual property law, reproduced on the Site;
- any extraction and/or reuse, including for private purposes, of a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases created by the Site or accessible on the Site;
- any repeated and/or systematic extraction and/or reuse, including for private purposes, of even a non-substantial part of the content of the databases created by the Site or accessible on the Site;
- any link, access, modification, addition or deletion affecting the automated data processing system used for online publication and modifying the publication conditions or editorial policy.
You are reminded that the following are prohibited in particular:
- fraudulent access to and remaining within an automated data processing system;
- fraudulent deletion, modification or addition of data in such system;
- obstructing such system.
Any user who acts in breach of these Terms of Use may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings, in particular for infringement of copyright, related rights, database producers’ rights and/or automated data processing systems.
Article 3: Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. General Provisions
The content, including but not limited to information, texts, files, graphics, images, data, databases, software, APIs, photographs, visuals, videos and sound recordings, logos and trademarks, as well as the form of all such elements and of the Site itself, is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. The content is the exclusive property of its respective publishers. Any copying, reproduction, representation, exploitation, adaptation, alteration, modification, translation or dissemination, in whole or in part, of the content, whether owned by Michelin or by a third party that has granted rights to Michelin, by any means whatsoever, is unlawful, except for the limited rights granted to you under Article 2 above and/or private copying strictly reserved for the personal use of the person making the copy. 3.2. Additional Rules Relating to Third-Party Content
“Third-Party Content” means any content, data, material or asset, in any format, obtained from or originating from sources outside Michelin and made accessible on or through the Site or during your use of the Site. This includes, without limitation, information, texts, files, images, graphics, data, photographs, visuals, videos and sound recordings, software, APIs and databases, URL links, third-party websites, data feeds from social networks, RSS feeds from blogs, data libraries and dictionaries. Any intellectual property rights and license to use relating to Third-Party Content are subject to the rules laid down by the relevant third party.
The third-party owner, author or provider of Third-Party Content remains the holder of the intellectual property rights in such content, and the right to use such Third-Party Content remains subject to the applicable terms as defined by the third-party owner, author or content provider.

To correspond with Michelin by email, you must complete the electronic correspondence forms provided on the Site. Michelin’s responses to emails, as well as access to the Site and to the content, shall not be deemed to constitute evidence that Michelin conducts any advertising, promotional or commercial activity in the territory of the country where the user is located.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTENT PUBLISHED AND/OR ACCESSIBLE ON OR THROUGH THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND MICHELIN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND IN RESPECT OF ALL OR PART OF THE CONTENT AND/OR THE SITE. Article 7: Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating to the Site or to this legal notice shall be brought before the competent courts of Clermont-Ferrand and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French substantive law, regardless of conflict-of-law rules. Use of the Site constitutes the user’s express agreement to the application of this clause. If any provision of this document is held to be unlawful, null or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, it shall be deemed not to form part of this document and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
